SD. El restaurante Valentina celebró la pasada semana su aniversario. Se trata de un sitio lleno de historia familiar a través de los buenos platos, pues con él su propietario Ramón Olivares ha querido seguir teniendo presente las gastronomías de algunos de los lugares que ha visitado a lo largo de su vida y que continúan en su memoria.
En los inicios el lugar era un Bistró de tapas españolas, vinos, música flamenca y jerez, similar a los tantos lugares que visitó Olivares en sus andanzas por el mundo.
Durante el evento, con unas emotivas palabras, el Sr. Olivares junto a su yerno el Chef Franmi Ignacio, presentaron un poco de la historia de Valentina, y de cómo a través de los años ha evolucionado hasta convertirse en el hoy Restaurante Valentina.

Los asistentes disfrutaron durante toda la noche no solo de las tapas variadas del menú y los cocteles exclusivos de la casa, sino de cinco platos principales nuevos, que deleitaron al paladar de los comensales quienes además disfrutaron de la buena música y el mejor ambiente.
