SD. El Centro de Conciliación, Mediación y Arbitraje, de la Oficina Nacional de Derecho de Autor (ONDA) pospuso para el 8 de agosto de este año la audiencia que busca un acuerdo entre el compositor Charlie Mosquea y la compositora Kersy Lavandier por el derecho de autor del tema “Dile”, que interpreta el merenguero Sergio Vargas.

Lavandier, quien alega ser la autora de las letras de la canción “Dile”, estuvo representada por el doctor Cirilo de Jesús Guzmán, mientras por Mosquea asistió a la audiencia su abogado, doctor Porfirio Susana García.
La audiencia será conocida a la 10:00 de la mañana en la sede de la ONDA, ubicada en la calle Modesto Día, número 2, en la Zona Universitaria.

El director de la ONDA, doctor Trajano Santana, resaltó los esfuerzos de esa dependencia porque los impasses por las violaciones al derecho de autor se diriman el marco del respeto mutuo y a través de acuerdos amigables.
“Esos acuerdos amigables evitan que los casos lleguen a los tribunales de judiciales y las partes envueltas tengan que invertir grandes cantidades de tiempo y dinero para resolverlos”, expresó el funcionario gubernamental.
Manifestó que un impasse de esa naturaleza suele tardar años dilucidándose en los tribunales y, en muchos casos, caen en puntos muertos.
